Cameron Saemann

As Broker/Owner of Second Story Realty, Cameron Saemann has extensive experience in sales, marketing, and advertising. Since 2008, Cameron has worked in the world of real estate, selling properties that include everything from $10,000 fixer-uppers to $2.5 million luxury homes. Additionally, Cameron served on the Board of Directors for the Triangle Real Estate Investors Association for four years focusing on marketing, technology, and legislative issues affecting Real Estate in the Raleigh-Durham Triangle area.

Cameron’s educational background in media studies and business has helped craft a compelling resume that includes transaction like lease purchases, foreclosures, investments, and rent-to-own scenarios. A strong focus on family allows Cameron to connect with buyers of all types looking for homes that suit their needs. Additionally, his interests in design and aesthetics all come together to create a great eye for real estate.

When he’s not selling homes, Cameron enjoys photography, drinking coffee or wine, movies, video games, and beating his deadlift personal record.
